Important Message about Our Center!
Beginning in July, the Whole Life Society is going to operate as a volunteer organization with the tasks normally performed by our operations manager being done by a core group of folks interested in keeping the Center open and thriving. We still need people willing to help with the following jobs:
- 2 volunteers - to do a thorough spring weeding and light summer weeding of flower beds (Keith Moyer will spread mulch after the spring clean-up to keep the weeds at bay)
- 1 volunteer - to write approximately 6 press releases annually (Jyothi will provide a flash drive that contains over 30 examples of press releases from the past that can be used as guides. She will also provide our media contact email list so this volunteer will know where to send each release. )
- 1 volunteer - willing to learn how to design and send constant contact emails that are used to inform members and friends of the Center of upcoming events/classes/workshops, etc.
- 1 person - to work with Brett Hosterman (graphic designer) if and when a poster is needed for an upcoming event and to contact all poster hanging volunteers
If interested with any of the tasks listed above please contact Jyothi asap so she will have time to meet with you to share details. 570-768-1750 or 570-966-2484 Thanks in advance to any and all who make the call!

Seeking Wednesday Evening Instructor!
The Whole Life Society in New Berlin is continuing to expand our programming during 2018. If you are an instructor qualified to lead a mind/body wellness activity such as PiYo, Pilates, dance, or another style of yoga (we currently offer Integral Yoga) and would like to offer a session each Wednesday evening at our Center, we would like to hear from you. There is also the opportunity to offer additional classes in the future if you are interested in doing so.
As the teacher, you will determine the length of the class with the start and finish time and we will work with you to determine a price which we split 50/50 with you. We provide the space, take care of all of the promotional aspects and provide heating when necessary. The room in which the classes are taught is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 35 students.
If interested please contact Jyothi to discuss the possibilities with her at 570-768-1750 or 570-966-2484.

Join us for a life changing workshop based on the work of Byron Katie (A Journey of the Heart)
Saturday and Sunday, June 23rd and June 24th
This program, based on the Work of Byron Katie, will teach you how to end your own suffering. As you are guided through the powerful process of inquiry known as the Work, you will find stressful beliefs—about life, other people, or yourself—radically shift. Through this process, lives are changed forever.
Based on Katie's direct experience of how suffering is created and ended, The Work is an astonishingly simple process, accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds, and requires nothing more than a pen, paper, and an open mind.
Through this program, anyone can learn to trace unhappiness to its source and deal with it there. Katie (as everyone calls her) not only shows us that all the problems in the world originate in our thinking: she gives us the tools to open our minds and set ourselves free.
