Integral Yoga Classic

Our Level 1 Integral Yoga Classes are a 60 to 90-minute rejuvenating experience with a focus on deep relaxation, breathing, and meditation taught in the gentle Integral Yoga style.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle style of yoga in which the chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body, giving additional support and stability as you move through poses.

 

 

Qi Gong

Qi Gong (pronounced "chee gung") is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused attention.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi developed in China as a self defense strategy, or martial art. It is practiced in modern times as a gentle exercise technique described as “meditation in motion," a series of postures in slow graceful movements.
